Gear Precision Class - Pitch Divation
Single pitch deviation FPT: The algebraic difference between the actual pitch and the theoretical pitch on the end plane, in a circle concentric with the axis of the gear near the height of the tooth.
Cumulative deviation of tooth pitch Fpk: the algebraic difference between the actual arc length of any K tooth pitch and the theoretical arc length, which is theoretically equal to the algebraic sum of each individual tooth pitch deviation of these K tooth pitch.
Cumulative total deviation of pitch Fp: Maximum cumulative deviation of pitch in any arc (k=1 to K =z) of the ipside tooth surface of the gear. It is represented by the total amplitude of the cumulative deviation curve of tooth pitch.
